Job Title: Admission Counsellor – Study Abroad Location: Chandigarh Type: Full-Time Job Overview: Join our dynamic overseas education team to guide students toward realizing their dream of studying abroad. As an Admission Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in counseling, supporting, and assisting students throughout their application process to international universities and institutions.​ Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized counseling to students and parents about overseas study options, program selection, and eligibility.​ Guide students through the complete admissions process, including program shortlisting, application documentation, and following up with universities.​ Offer clear guidance on visa processes, financial requirements, scholarships, and post-admission steps.​ Conduct information sessions and webinars on studying abroad, ensuring students have up-to-date knowledge of international education trends.​ Maintain strong relationships with overseas universities and manage communication regarding application status.​ Track student progress and provide ongoing support through every stage of their application and relocation.​ Help students prepare essential documents (SOP, LOR, etc.) and review application materials for accuracy.​ Promote program awareness through virtual and in-person events, seminars, and career fairs.​ Remain updated with admission requirements, university partnerships, and country-specific guidelines for higher education.​ Qualification and Skills: Bachelor’s degree Experience in educational counseling, student advising, or international admissions is preferred.​ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (must be proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus).​ Strong organizational ability and attention to detail to manage multiple student profiles and deadlines.​ Cultural sensitivity and a passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.​ Tech-savvy, familiar with CRM and virtual communication tools.
