Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and results-driven candidate to join our Education Councillor / Telecaller team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, reaching out to prospects, nurturing relationships, and driving sales opportunities. Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to prospective clients via phone calls and other communication channels. Customer Engagement: Provide information about our real estate properties, services, and offers to potential buyers. Sales Conversion: Qualify leads and drive them toward making purchasing decisions. Database Management: Maintain and update client information in the CRM system. Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-up calls with clients to ensure interest and assist them in making informed decisions. Appointment Scheduling: Set appointments for property viewings, consultations, and meetings with the sales team. Customer Support: Address queries and concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. Achieve Targets: Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales and lead generation goals.
