Key Responsibilities

• Student Counseling & Guidance

• Counsel students on program selection, university options, eligibility, and career outcomes for the US and UK.
• Provide personalized guidance based on academic background, financial capability, and career goals.

• Application Management

• Handle the complete admission process including application forms, SOPs, LORs, and documentation.
• Liaise with universities for application submission, updates, and offer letters.

• Visa Processing

• Guide students through the visa application process, financial documentation, and interview preparation.
• Ensure compliance with embassy requirements and deadlines.

• Conversions & Targets

• Follow up with leads, convert inquiries into successful admissions.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly admission and revenue targets.

• Coordination & Reporting

• Maintain accurate student records in CRM/ERP systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams for marketing, university tie-ups, and events.
• Provide timely reports on student admissions, pipeline, and conversion ratios.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  as an Admission Counselor / Overseas Education Counselor.
• Strong knowledge of

  US & UK university application processes

  (undergraduate and postgraduate).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Familiarity with visa guidelines, scholarships, and financial documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
