Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and their families to inform them about Rai Technology University's programs, courses, and admission process.
• Assist prospective students with queries regarding courses, eligibility, admission deadlines, and application procedures.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with interested candidates to convert leads into admissions.
• Maintain and update a database of leads, ensuring accurate tracking of calls, follow-ups, and status updates.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns, providing relevant information, and ensuring a positive experience for potential students.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and enrolments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a tele caller, customer service representative, or in a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Kannada.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students and parents. Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications (MS Office).
• A passion for education and helping students make informed decisions about their academic futures.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Prior experience in tele calling or sales is an advantage.
