Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students via phone, email, in-person visits, and virtual meetings.
Evaluate applications, transcripts, and other admissions materials to determine eligibility.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress in the admissions database.
Collaborate with academic departments and other campus offices to provide timely and accurate information to applicants.
Lead campus tours and organize open house events to showcase the university.
Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals.
Provide personalized follow-up and support to prospective students throughout the decision-making process.
