Admission Counsellor

As a Counsellor, your primary role will involve verification of leads and converting them into admissions. You will be responsible for explaining admission procedures and courses offered to prospective students and their parents through phone calls and face-to-face meetings. Your support to students throughout the admission process by answering queries and assisting in document completion will be crucial in achieving our target metrics. Reviewing student applications for eligibility and academic qualifications will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Verify leads and convert them into admissions - Explain admission procedures and courses to prospective students and parents - Support students in the admission process by answering queries and assisting with document completion - Maintain target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admissions - Review student applications for eligibility and academic qualifications - Maintain regular communication with students, parents, colleagues, and external agencies - Build broad knowledge on school admission activities and guidelines Key Qualifications: - Fluent in spoken English - Strong decision-making skills - Motivated and persuasive - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Good listening and interpersonal skills - Supportive of diversity - Results-driven - Empathetic and understanding - Non-judgemental attitude - Patient and calm demeanor - Ability to cope with emotional situations - Ability to adapt communication style to suit a wide range of people As a Full-time Counsellor, you will be required to work day shifts.
