Admission Counsellor

Role Overview: You will be responsible for telecounselling and career counselling in the education sector or any other industry, with a focus on sales profile. Your primary tasks will include making phone calls to potential students and parents to promote multimedia courses, generating leads, following up on inquiries, and converting them into admissions. Additionally, you will need to meet monthly and quarterly sales and admission targets, provide career counselling to prospective students, and maintain accurate records and reports in the CRM portal. Key Responsibilities: - Make phone calls to potential students and parents to promote multimedia courses and counselling over the phone. - Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into admissions. - Meet monthly and quarterly sales and admission targets. - Provide career counselling to prospective students, identify their strengths and interests, and guide them in choosing the right program for their career aspirations. - Maintain accurate records and reports in the CRM portal. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 to 3 years of telecounselling/career counselling experience, specifically in the education sector or any other industry, preferably in a sales profile. - Graduation degree.
