HIRING FOR STUDENT COUNSELOR (Fresher/ Experienced)

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Student Counselor to guide students in academic, career, and personal development. The ideal candidate will provide counseling support, assist in course selection, and offer guidance on career opportunities while addressing students' concerns and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic and career counseling to students.
• Assist students in selecting courses and planning their educational pathways.
• Offer guidance on career opportunities, job prospects, and higher education options.
• Address students' personal, social, and emotional concerns and provide support.
• Organize workshops and seminars on career development, study skills, and mental well-being.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to track students' progress.
• Maintain records of counseling sessions and ensure confidentiality.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in education, career opportunities, and student well-being.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Counseling, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Student Counselor or in a similar role, is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to empathize with students and provide effective solutions.
• Knowledge of career guidance tools and educational pathways.
• Familiarity with mental health counseling is a plus.

Work Environment:

• School, college, or university setting.
• Interaction with students, faculty, and parents.
• Occasional workshops and presentations.
