Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding Aakash courses and admission processes.
Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries effectively to achieve enrollment targets.
Explain course details, fee structures, and academic support services clearly and confidently.
Follow up with prospective students and ensure timely conversions.
Maintain records of student inquiries, leads, and follow-ups in software.
Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities such as seminars, events, and school visits.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a professional relationship with students and parents.
Prepare and share regular MIS and admission reports with the branch head.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Customer-centric approach and positive attitude
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
