Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinating with MetaApply partners and students to collect their documents and check their authenticity and eligibility. • Call students for Pre-Screening, details verification as per documents received. • Coordinate with students and partners for additional documents- post submission to university. • Being connected with partners to resolve their issues during the process of their university admission. • Address to students’ queries during the Pre-Screening process. • Communicating with the students and agents to collect documents until application submission. • Course and University shortlisting suggestions to agents, upon request from agents. • Upload additional documents on the CRM and work closely with the Admissions Team. • Needs to attend University Product Trainings and be updated with the current application and admission prerequisites. • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. • Actively recruit students to meet or exceed enrolment targets. • Actively monitor enrolment numbers against targets and strategize to bridge any gaps. • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement effective recruitment campaigns. • Develop and nurture relationships with our partners to ensure a steady stream of prospective students. • Maintain accurate records of prospective students, communications, and conversion rates. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless transition for admitted students. Key Skills: • Effective communication and writing skills. • Must have the ability to understand the right course and university for students’ career path. • Must have a problem-solving attitude. • Must be self-motivated and a team player. • Quick learner • Hands on Experience using CRM is preferable. • Should be from Study Abroad domain only. • Ability to work extended hours, especially during peak enrolment periods. • High level of adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges.
