We are seeking a sales professional with an approachable personality and a passion for helping others.
Experience: 1 to 7 years of work experience in sales, with a background in BPO/KPO, non-EdTech, or EdTech (excluding K12
segment) preferred.
Age: Up to 31 years.
Communication: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are a must.
Sales Acumen: A strong sales mindset to effectively communicate upGrad's value proposition and close applications.
Personal Attributes: The ability to approach any situation with patience and empathy. Must be a team player who can also work
independently.
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferable.
Working Days: 6 days a week
Work Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Work Mode: Work from Office
Salary: A fixed compensation of up to 3 to 7 LPA, plus a variable component of up to 4 LPA.
Hike: An average hike of 10-30% could be provided on your current fixed salary.
