Job Title Admission Counsellor – IPS EduHub / IPS Group Role Overview The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process for UG, PG, and PhD programs. The role involves counselling, application support, lead conversion, and ensuring smooth enrolment. Key Responsibilities counsel students and parents about courses, eligibility, and admission procedures. Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, events, and digital platforms. Assist applicants with form filling, documentation, and submission. Coordinate with the admissions team and academic committees. Organise and participate in education fairs, seminars, and campus events. Maintain student records and prepare regular admission reports. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred). 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or education sales. Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and digital tools. Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks. Key Attributes Target-driven with strong follow-up skills. Passion for education and helping students achieve their goals. Empathetic and student-focused.
