Follow-up: Regularly follow up with leads to maximize conversions and ensure students complete the admission process. Data Maintenance: Ensure accurate recording of all communications and updates on lead status in the CRM system. Collaboration: Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure smooth processing and support of inquiries. Target Achievement: Work towards achieving specific monthly and quarterly admission targets. Key Skills: Strong communication and counseling skills.
