Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counsellor based in Mathura. The Admission Counsellor will interact with prospective students to assist them in understanding the various courses offered by FACE Prep, guiding them through the admission process. Responsibilities involve addressing inquiries, providing support for admissions, delivering outstanding customer service, conducting career counselling sessions, and achieving enrollment targets. The role demands supporting students in making informed decisions about their education and career journey.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively engage with prospective students and address their concerns.
• Excellent Customer Service and Sales abilities to ensure a seamless admission experience and drive enrollments.
• A background or interest in the field of Education to provide impactful career guidance and course counselling.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making with a student-centric approach.
• Prior experience in a similar role or related fields is an advantage.
• Educational qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.

Immediate joiners who can reliably relocate or commute to Mathura only can apply. Laptop is mandatory.
