Job Description

Responsibilities: The Admission Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end admissions process, leading the admissions team, and implementing strategies to meet enrollment targets. and maintain high standards in comm, data management & compliance. Lead Generation II Cold Calling • Call existing and potential customers to inform, convince and sell the company's products and services • Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business • Accurately record details of customer's purchase orders and process customer purchases • Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance performance • Refer customer requests/complaints to designated departments and follow-up to ensure action has been taken
