The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, counselling, and converting inquiries into admissions for educational programs. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls and follow up on leads generated through various platforms. Counsel prospective students and parents regarding available courses, admission procedures, and career paths. Convert inquiries into walk-ins and walk-ins into successful admissions. Maintain a database of student leads and regularly update the CRM. Meet and exceed monthly admission and revenue targets. Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission experience Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Telesales, B2C/B2B sales, or academic counselling experience Confidence in explaining educational products or courses Knowledge of sales CRM tools (preferred) Target-oriented and good at multitasking
The Admission Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end admissions process, leading the admissions team, and implementing strategies to meet enrollment targets. and maintain high standards in comm, data management & compliance.
