Position Overview
As an Intern Sales Advisor at ElevateMe, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective students, playing a key role in converting them into successful program participants. Your focus will be on engaging, guiding, and assisting students in understanding how ElevateMe can help them achieve their career goals. You will drive sales by presenting our programs, managing inquiries, and following up with prospective students to ensure a smooth admissions process.This role provides a strong foundation for individuals looking to build a career in sales, particularly in the education and tech sector.
Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with Prospective Students: Reach out to potential candidates through calls, emails, and digital platforms, presenting ElevateMe's programs and services.
  • Identify Student Needs: Understand prospective students' backgrounds, needs, and career aspirations to provide tailored program recommendations.
  • Sales Conversion: Guide prospects through the sales process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring clarity and understanding of program benefits.
  • Follow-up on Leads: Actively follow up with leads to ensure they are progressing through the admissions process, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Maintain Sales Documentation: Keep detailed records of student interactions, sales progress, and conversion rates in the CRM system.
  • Ensure a Positive Sales Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service by making the admissions and sales process seamless, clear, and rewarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and persuade prospective students.
  • Sales Skills: A natural ability to sell, with an understanding of how to align ElevateMe's offerings with prospective students' needs.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple leads simultaneously and follow up consistently.- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM tools and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Team Player: Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and contribute to team success.
What We Offer
  • Stipend: INR 15,000/- per month.
  • Performance-Based Confirmation: After successfully completing 2 sales within 3 months, the intern will be confirmed as a full-time Sales Advisor with a salary increase to INR 25,000/- per month.
