Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth progress of assigned projects by completing day-to-day administrative tasks and establishing strong communication between customers and the technical team.
• Receive client requests, prepare quotations based on the fixed rate card, register purchase orders (POs), and manage project delivery.
• Update and maintain internal trackers, databases, and Smartsheet records.
• Coordinate communication between the technical team and subcontractors (professional engineers) for project requirements.
• Provide real-time scheduling support to ensure project timelines are met.
• Generate internal and external reports as required for project monitoring and client updates.
• Support process documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

  Technical university degree (mandatory).

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level) and MS Office package.

• Languages:

  Fluent in English (written & spoken).

• Soft Skills:

• Proactive, problem-solving, and helpful attitude.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong team player, yet able to work independently.
