Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational activities within the organization.
Lead and manage internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs and projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, and training partners.
Negotiate and finalize deals with academic institutions for collaborations or tie-ups.
Coordinate with trainers, corporate partners, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
Handle documentation, scheduling, and communication for ongoing projects.
Report directly to the management on progress, challenges, and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

Minimum
2- 4 years of experience
in
EdTech administration, operations, or partnerships.
Proven track record in
team management
and
college tie-ups/deal closures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Must be
female
and available for
on-site work
in Bengaluru.
