Role Overview

Java Full Stack Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end training on

  Java Full Stack Development

  , including front-end, back-end, databases, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive course materials, coding exercises, and real-world projects.
• Conduct assessments to track and evaluate learner progress.
• Guide trainees in building portfolio projects and preparing for technical interviews.
• Stay updated with the latest industry practices, tools, and frameworks.
• Customize training content as per the requirements of colleges or corporate clients.

Core Technologies to be Covered

• Front-End:

  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js / Angular (as per requirement)

• Back-End:

  Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices

• Database:

  MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB (as needed)

• Version Control:

  Git, GitHub/GitLab

• Deployment & Tools:

  Maven/Gradle, Docker, AWS/Azure basics, CI/CD concepts

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Java Full Stack Developer or Trainer.
• Strong practical knowledge of both front-end and back-end development.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to mentor and motivate learners of varied backgrounds.
