Purpose


To provide dedicated administrative and operational support to the CEO Office Department, ensuring efficient coordination, communication, and documentation across all executive functions. The Administrator will play a key role in managing schedules, handling confidential information, preparing reports, and supporting the smooth execution of tasks and initiatives driven by the CEO Office Department


Job Responsibilities


  • Manage and organize official correspondence, internal communications, and records related to the CEO Office.
  • Support in preparing reports, presentations, memos, and other business documents.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and engagements for the CEO and coordinating logistics.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Track pending actions, deadlines, and tasks to ensure timely follow-up and closure.
  • Liaise with internal departments to gather information and facilitate cross-functional coordination.
  • Support in drafting official communication and reviewing documents before submission.
  • Assist in coordinating internal reviews, workflows, and documentation for strategic projects.
  • Maintain filing systems, databases, and digital records in an organized and accessible manner.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of the CEO Office.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative or executive support roles.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow up on tasks.
