Job Description

  • Travel Management for International Locations is 60% of the role. coordination with travel & visa agents and getting closers on a timely basis.

  • Responsible for complete up keep of office & office administration
  • Ensuring the office is organized and well-maintained.
  • Leading and managing administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Delegating tasks and ensuring team efficiency.
  • Ensure roaster in maintained and implemented
  • Vendor Management, selection, empanelment and evaluation based on merits, quotations. Bill Tracking and invoicing on periodical basis
  • Custodian and distribution of office stationery, housekeeping supplies
  • Maintaining AMC’s of all vendors
  • Maintain availability, bookings of meeting rooms
  • Responsible for overall cleanliness and hygiene of the entire office
  • Managing travel bookings, visa’s, stay and food arrangements.
  • Managing and keeping track of admin related activities of international locations
  • Addressing inquiries and resolving administrative issues promptly.
  • Keeping a track of the overall admin related requirement in domestic/international locations
  • Maintaining data related to the company assets allocated to employees at domestic/international locations.
  • Maintaining MIS and other relevant records.
  • Event and Meeting Coordination: Organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions. Managing logistics like venue, catering, and schedules.
  • Admin Staff office auditing on periodical basis and taking correction action, if any
