Job Description

Job Role:

The employee is responsible for leading and coordinating operations across multiple banks, ensuring end-to-end closure of daily operational activities.

This includes:

. Timely checking & Call logging for Housekeeping / Site Repair Maintenance / Aircon acivity . Ensuring timely EOD (End of Day) cooridnation and driving cases towards closure. . Coordinating with bank teams and highliting critical cases and providing timely updates to bank. . Supporting compliance and audit readiness across banking partners. . To track all related activities and share daily trackers with internal teams. Maintaining database & sharing with internal team were ever required.
