As an Administrative Operations Manager based in Jaipur, your role will involve overseeing day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficient workflows and optimize business processes. You will be responsible for managing office operations, analyzing procedures for improvements, ensuring quality customer service, and supporting the team with administrative tasks. Qualifications Required: - Strong skills in Operations Management, with the ability to organize and coordinate office and business operations efficiently. - Proficient Analytical Skills for evaluating procedures, improving processes, and resolving operational challenges. - Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with teams, clients, and stakeholders. - Ability to deliver high-quality Customer Service and address issues in a timely and professional manner. - Experience in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, documentation, and supporting office functions. - Proficiency in office software, project management tools, and familiarity with IT and cybersecurity-related operations is advantageous. - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - Proven experience in operations or administrative management roles is highly desirable.
