We are looking for a responsible and efficient Hospital Administrative Officer to join our healthcare team. This is a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day administrative operations across departments.
• Coordinating non-clinical services to ensure smooth hospital functioning.
• Supervising front office, admissions, billing, and support staff.
• Ensuring timely availability of supplies, equipment, and resources.
• Supporting hospital leadership in policy implementation and compliance.
• Maintaining records, handling audits, and ensuring documentation accuracy.
• Addressing patient service issues and supporting overall patient satisfaction.
• Upholding hospital standards, operational protocols, and regulatory compliance

Preferred: Candidates with experience in hospital administration or NABH processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Hospital Administration or related field.
• Experience working in a hospital or clinic is preferred.
• Good understanding of hospital operations and systems.
• Familiar with MS Office and hospital software.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to multitask, stay organized, and solve problems.
