Even if the candidate does not have strong civil engineering skills, basic civil knowledge and good learning ability are sufficient. The role mainly involves documentation, coordination, and computer-based work. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain project files, documentation, and reports. Perform MS Excel–based work, data entry, and basic analysis. Support the engineering team with paperwork, documentation, and follow-up tasks. Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients when required. Assist in preparing presentations, schedules, and daily/weekly reports. Ensure proper filing, record-keeping, and office documentation. Perform general office administrative tasks related to civil engineering projects. Skills & RequirementsBE/B.Tech Civil Engineering with good academic marks throughout. Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel (mandatory). Ability to understand basic civil drawings/documents (advanced civil skills not required). Good communication, quick learning ability, and smart working attitude.
