Administrative Office Specialist

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the real estate CRM system, handling client bookings, generating receipts, and efficiently coordinating with the sales team at on-site project locations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing client bookings, updating lead data in the CRM system accurately, coordinating with the sales team for lead status updates, follow-ups, and handovers, providing on-site administrative support such as document handling, printing, and reporting, as well as maintaining a detailed record of client interactions, updates, and collections. To excel in this role, you should possess a working knowledge of CRM systems like Sell.Do, HubSpot, and MS Office applications such as Excel and Word. Your ability to work independently on admin tasks, strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English, and efficiency in handling multiple responsibilities and deadlines will be crucial. You are expected to be trustworthy, punctual, and well-organized in managing sensitive client data. An ideal candidate for this position would be a graduate in any stream, with a preference for Commerce or Management. Prior experience in real estate admin, CRM management, or sales coordination will be advantageous. Additionally, being comfortable working on-site at residential or commercial project locations is preferred.
