Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive with 3–6 years of experience to join our Head Office in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, managing vendor coordination, maintaining office supplies, and supporting internal teams for smooth business functioning. Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily office administration and operational activities Maintain inventory and stock of stationery, housekeeping, and office supplies Vendor coordination and follow-up for timely deliveries and services Handle clerical duties including filing, email correspondence, and documentation Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and assist in invoice processing Oversee AMC renewals and facility management tasks Maintain and reconcile petty cash expenses Manage employee ID card issuance and records Coordinate meeting schedules and travel arrangements for senior staff Provide administrative support to operations and production teams Monitor and coordinate tasks with production staff as required Required Skills: - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication Proficiency in MS Office – particularly Advanced Excel Ability to create and maintain concise reports and documentation Team player with a flexible approach to multitasking Show more Show less
