Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Executive located in Pune. The Administrative Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating with different departments. The role also includes preparing reports, supporting senior management, and ensuring smooth administrative functions within the office.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Experience in administrative roles is a plus
