Role & responsibilities

  • Office Management: Welcome visitors, manage calls, and maintain a professional

front office environment.

  • Administrative Coordination: Handle scheduling, correspondence, filing systems,

and day-to-day clerical support for various departments.

  • Meeting & Event Support: Coordinate internal meetings, prepare materials, arrange

logistics, and support event setups.

  • Vendor & Facility Management: Liaise with vendors and service providers, ensure

office supplies and maintenance needs are met promptly.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation related to

office operations and employee services.

  • Hospitality Support: Apply hospitality best practices to ensure visitors and

employees feel supported, including arranging refreshments and handling guest

logistics.

  • Communication & Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between departments,

ensuring smooth communication and follow-up on administrative tasks.

  • Customer-Centric Support: Handle internal and external inquiries with

professionalism and courtesy, reflecting the companys commitment to quality

service.
