Administrative Assistant (Remote)

Full-time | Work from Home

We seek a detail-oriented Admin Assistant to provide remote administrative support with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage correspondence with internal and external stakeholders—friendly, professional, accurate and timely
  • Schedule and coordinate external meetings
  • Organise and maintain task lists systematically. Complete tasks within deadline provided
  • Oversee document management
  • Meet all deadlines for tasks and projects
  • Provide administrative support as required across projects through word, excel and PPT files
Requirements

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree minimum. Masters preferred
  • 3+ years in administration or customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Proficient in email management and MS Office
  • Strong prioritisation and deadline management
  • Self-motivated with problem-solving skills
  • Proven remote work capability
Compensation

INR 20,000/month
