Role Description

Office Management: Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel for executives or teams.


Communication: Answering phones, responding toemails, and serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.


Data Handling: Preparing reports, maintaining records, and managing databases or filing systems.


Support Tasks: Organizing events, ordering supplies, and assisting with project coordination.


Technology Use: Using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including organization and office management.
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities to ensure professional and effective interactions.
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, correspondence, and task prioritization.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Previous experience in an administrative support role is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
