Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. The Administrative Assistant will be tasked with managing day-to-day office activities, such as scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and providing clerical support to executives. The role also involves ensuring smooth communication across teams and external stakeholders while upholding professional etiquette in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage documentation, records, and office organization
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective Communication to handle calls and interact confidently with various stakeholders
• Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including scheduling and calendar management, is preferred
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to evolving priorities
• A bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration or a related field is preferred
