Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Indore. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. They will assist with managing communications, handling phone calls, scheduling meetings, and supporting executive staff. Additionally, they will maintain and organize office records, ensure efficient office operations, and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficiency in office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant
