Job Description

An Administrative Assistant is responsible for a variety of tasks to support the efficient operation of an office. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing schedules and organizing files to ensure smooth daily operations coordination with depatments
  • Scheduling Interviews and maintain data
  • Assisting with communication by answering phones, greeting visitors, and preparing documents.
  • Coordinating meetings and events, and preparing agendas.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as expense reporting, invoicing, and basic accounting.
  • Maintaining office supplies and managing inventory.
  • Successful Administrative Assistants should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
