Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Ahmedabad. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes answering and directing phone calls, organizing and scheduling appointments, and providing executive-level administrative assistance. The role also involves clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and preparing reports and presentations.

• Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Strong clerical skills including filing, photocopying, and preparing reports
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in real estate or consultancy is an advantage
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
