We are advertising an exciting opportunity to join our amazing team in one of Melbourne’s newest Catholic primary schools in the suburb of Weir Views, just 40 minutes from the CBD and 5 minutes from the Western Freeway. The hours of employment for this position will be 23.25 hours (0.61 FTE) spread over three days, though these hours are negotiable. This position will commence on

Monday, October 6, 2025 (Term Four).

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

The successful applicant will demonstrate:- the capacity to be extremely flexible with strong time management skills and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.- warmth and welcome to all members of our community, providing informed and friendly customer service to all students and parents/guardians.- the capacity to manage the general administration of the school office, including reception duties (phone, emails, and enquiries).- high-level organisational skills and the capacity to manage and maintain student services (student records).- high-level communication and collaborative skills.All new staff at St Lawrence of Brindisi are required to complete an induction process before the commencement of employment and comply with the school’s Code of Conduct and Child Safe Policy.
