Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Office Management

Managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
Coordinating with vendors, service providers, and housekeeping staff.
Ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the workplace.

Documentation & Records

Maintaining employee records, contracts, and company documents.
Filing, organizing, and updating databases.
Preparing letters, reports, and presentations.

Coordination & Communication

Acting as a point of contact between management, staff, and external stakeholders.
Handling correspondence (emails, phone calls, memos).
Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

HR & Employee Support (in some roles)

Assisting in recruitment processes and onboarding.
Managing attendance, leave records, and employee queries.
Allign each individual JD and responsibilities, sales targets and ensure discipline in periodic/fortnightly assessment of each employee, mailing them the deviation and get the optimum results

Finance & Compliance Support

Assisting with petty cash management and expense reports.
Get the quotation, commercially analyse, and report deviations in purchases and actual utilisation.
Supporting compliance requirements (licenses, audits, legal documents).
