Summary:

8 years

Roles and Responsibility:

Canteen Management:

  • Oversee daily operations of the plant canteen
  • Coordinate with vendor for food quality, hygiene and timely service.
  • Monitor consumption trends and manage billing and cost control.

Security Management:

  • Supervise security personnel and ensure adherence to protocols
  • Maintain visitors logs and gate pass systems.
  • Conduct periodic audits of security systems and procedures.

Employee Transport Management:

  • Plan and manage transport routes and schedules for employees.
  • Liaise with transport vendors for vehicle availability and maintenance.
  • Address employee grievances related to transport.

CCTV Operations:

  • Monitor CCTV systems for plant security and operational surveillance.
  • Coordinate with IT/Admin for maintenance and data backup.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and data protection norms.

Cab Bookings:

  • Handle cab bookings for employees and guests as per company policy.
  • Maintain records of usage and vendor billing.
  • Ensure timely availability and coordination with drivers.

Visitor Management:

  • Manage internal and external visitor protocols.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
  • Coordinate hospitality and meeting arrangements.

Hotel Bookings:

  • Arrange hotel accommodation for employees and guests.
  • Negotiate corporate rates and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Ensure timely bookings and proper documentation.

Procurement process support:

  • Assist in raising PRs (Purchase Requests) for admin-related items.
  • Coordinate with procurement and vendors for timely delivery.
  • Maintain inventory of admin supplies and consumables.

Plant Safety (Admin Scope)

  • Monitor and maintain fire safety equipment like extinguishers and hydrants.
  • Coordinate with safety team for periodic checks and refills.
  • Support emergency preparedness and evacuation drills.

Our requirements:

  • Graduate from Business Administration with 3-5 years relevant experience in Administration.
  • Experience in handling canteen, transport, security, and vendor coordination.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage vendors effectively.
  • Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach.
  • High level of integrity and reliability.
