Parent & staff communication: Ensure timely issuance of notices/circulars after management approvals; communicate transport messages to parents and staff. Transport management: Manage school buses/cabs to meet schedules; control transport routes and ERP transport modules; address parent transport queries; ensure child safety on transport; conduct driver training on traffic rules and child safety; maintain bus duty rosters. Canteen management: Ensure canteen hygiene and food-safety systems; coordinate daily with canteen vendor; set up a canteen committee; conduct periodic audits of vendor cooking areas. Event & trip management: Oversee administrative arrangements for school events and trips; coordinate with agencies; remain available for night-outs or special events. Procurement & inventory: Handle running & capex purchases; collate requirements on time; manage purchase inventory and distribution. Vendor negotiation & payments: Negotiate rates; ensure timely vendor deliverables and payments. Housekeeping & maintenance: Supervise housekeeping staff; maintain cleaning schedules; manage stock & distribution of housekeeping supplies. Contractual staff management: Coordinate with contractors for security, drivers, maids; manage leaves, resourcing changes and statutory compliance for contractual staff; arrange regular training. Repairs & maintenance: Oversee campus repairs (plumbing, electricity, diesel/water, horticulture, furniture); manage AMCs and upkeep of physical assets (LCDs, smart boards).
