ob Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and organized Administrator to oversee the daily operations of Centre. The Administrator will coordinate administrative functions, support therapists and staff, manage records and ensure smooth communication between parents, professionals, and management. The role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and a sensitive approach when interacting with children and families. Key Responsibilities: · Manage day-to-day administration of the centre, ensuring smooth functioning of operations. · Maintain attendance records of children. · Coordinate appointments, therapy schedules and meetings. · Handle parent communication (calls, emails, notices, and feedback collection). · Maintain student files, assessment reports and therapy documentation. · Manage billing, fee collection, petty cash. · Procure and manage inventory of therapy materials, stationery and supplies. · Ensure compliance with centre policies, safety protocols and statutory regulations. · Act as a link between therapists, management and parents for effective communication. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree or related field (preferred). Prior experience in general administration/office coordination. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask. Work Environment: Centre-based role requires coordination between staff, children and families. May involve occasional extended hours during events, workshops or parent meetings.
