Role & responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative activities.
  • Supervise housekeeping, security, front office, and support staff.
  • Manage vendor relationships procurement, negotiations, and contract renewals.
  • Ensure timely maintenance of office infrastructure and equipment.
  • Monitor and control office supply inventory and purchasing.
  • Organize travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.
  • Maintain administrative records, bills, and asset registers.
  • Coordinate with HR and IT for onboarding and workplace arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and statutory regulations.
  • Prepare and monitor admin budgets and implement cost control measures.
  • Handle facility-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and standard operating procedures related to administration.
