Job Description

The Admin Manager will oversee daily administrative operations across Kosmoderma Healthcare clinics,

Key Responsibilities:
A. Operations & Administration- Oversee front office, housekeeping, soft services, maintenance coordination, and general administration.- Ensure clinics maintain high standards of cleanliness, ambience, and safety.

B. Patient/Client Experience
- Implement hospitality standards for patient greeting, service etiquette.- Conduct service quality audits and handle escalations.

C. Facility & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, maintenance, pest control.- Review AMCs and ensure availability of consumables.

- Review Rental / Lease agreements at appropriate time

D. Compliance & Documentation
- Support NABH compliance and maintain documentation for audits.- Conduct safety checks (fire, electrical, BMW).

E. Team Management
- Lead front office and support teams.- Conduct training on grooming and patient handling.
