We are seeking a highly capable Office Administrator to support our growing operations and ensure smooth functioning across all administrative areas.

Position Overview

The Office Administrator will oversee daily office activities, manage administrative functions, and support internal teams to maintain a productive and organised work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in handling end-to-end administration in a corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Operations & Administration

  • Manage day-to-day office activities and ensure seamless workflow.

  • Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, pantry, and facility management.

  • Handle office supplies, equipment management, and stationary stock.

  • Vendor & Procurement Management

  • Coordinate and negotiate with vendors for services and supplies.

  • Maintain purchase orders, invoices, and service agreements.

  • Track AMC renewals, asset inventories, and vendor performance.

  • Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain administrative documents, records, licences, and compliance files.

  • Prepare reports, MIS, expense summaries, and administrative dashboards.

  • Assist HR and management with documentation and audit requirements.

  • Coordination & Support

  • Manage meeting schedules, internal events, and client visits.

  • Handle travel bookings, courier management, and visitor interactions.

  • Support HR with onboarding, induction, and office-related employee queries.

  • Financial & Operational Support

  • Manage petty cash, budgeting, bill processing, and expense tracking.

  • Ensure cost-effective administrative operations and process improvements.

Requirements

Qualifications

Graduate degree in any discipline (Business Administration preferred).

5–7 years of experience in office administration or similar roles.

Skills

Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and organisational discipline.

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently with minimal supervision.
