As an Administration Manager at Maruti Suzuki India Limited, your role will involve supervising daily support operations for Japanese Expats and their families. You will lead a team to ensure efficient administrative procedures are in place for Japanese expats across various departments. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will be crucial in discovering new ways to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities: - Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, focusing on streamlining processes - Train personnel, assign responsibilities, and provide coaching for maximum efficiency - Ensure smooth flow of information within the team to facilitate operations - Manage schedules, deadlines, costs, and expenses for budget preparation - Oversee administrative activities including company vehicles, drivers, procurement, visa services, travel arrangements, facilities services, and maintenance - Supervise office activities such as event planning - Ensure operations comply with policies and regulations - Stay updated with organizational changes and business developments Requirements and Skills: - Proven experience as an administration manager - In-depth understanding of office management procedures, departmental policies, and legal regulations - Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles - Proficiency in MS Office - Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Team player with leadership skills Qualification Required: - Any 3 years full-time graduation with relevant work experience of 18 to 25 years or full-time B.Tech with relevant experience of 8 to 15 years - Understanding of Japanese language (Written & Spoken) preferred As an Administration Manager at Maruti Suzuki India Limited, your role will involve supervising daily support operations for Japanese Expats and their families.
