Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Administration & Operations

  • Maintain attendance records of teachers, students/clients, sales reports, and enquiry database.
  • Prepare reports and manage client data using MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Support billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
  • Ensure studio cleanliness, discipline, and a welcoming environment.

Front Desk & Client Interaction

  • Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages promptly.
  • Provide accurate information on programs, packages, and services.
  • Manage appointments, bookings, and client follow-ups.

Lead Management & Sales

  • Handle telecalling and follow-ups on leads from multiple sources.
  • Maintain lead tracker and update CRM/software regularly.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable packages.
  • Convert enquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate (any discipline) with

    1 - 3 years of experience

    in front desk, customer service, or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Presentations) and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with proven ability to achieve targets.
