Key Roles & Responsibilities: Administration & Operations Maintain attendance records of teachers, students/clients, sales reports, and enquiry database. Prepare reports and manage client data using MS Office / Google Workspace. Support billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups. Ensure studio cleanliness, discipline, and a welcoming environment. Front Desk & Client Interaction Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner. Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages promptly. Provide accurate information on programs, packages, and services. Manage appointments, bookings, and client follow-ups. Lead Management & Sales Handle telecalling and follow-ups on leads from multiple sources. Maintain lead tracker and update CRM/software regularly. Understand client needs and recommend suitable packages. Convert enquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets. Skills & Qualifications: Graduate (any discipline) with 1 - 3 years of experience in front desk, customer service, or sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Presentations) and MS Office. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Sales-oriented mindset with proven ability to achieve targets.
