Job Title: Admin Executive
Location: Noida (Sector 138)
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage travel bookings and itineraries for team members and visitors.
* Handle procurement of office supplies and services: sourcing, negotiation, purchase orders, follow-up.
* Oversee vendor relationships and service levels (housekeeping, catering, maintenance, logistics).
* Coordinate office operations and internal events, liaise with HR/Finance/Facilities.
* Maintain administrative records: vendor contracts, invoices, asset register, budgets.
Must-Have Skills:
* Strong communication (English + Hindi) and coordination skills.
* Experience in procurement, vendor management and travel coordination.
* Good organisational drive, attention to detail, ability to multitask.
* Proficient in MS Office.
