As an administration executive, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth office management and handling various administrative tasks to support the team. Your proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Office, and English communication skills will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Handle scheduling of meetings, appointments for the team.
  • Utilize Google Sheets and MS Excel to maintain and update the team sheet, finance sheet, and project sheets.
  • Utilize MS Word to create a quotation and, invoice.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders in spoken and written English.
  • Support the team with any additional tasks or projects as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by being proactive and resourceful.
