We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin Executive to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President and the broader team. The role involves handling travel and accommodation logistics, calendar scheduling, expense reimbursements, food arrangements, and event coordination.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel for employees and executives.
  • Handle flight, train, and cab bookings in line with company policies.
  • Arrange hotel accommodation and ensure timely confirmations.
  • Maintain travel records and liaise with travel vendors.
  • Handle the VPs calendar, including meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Coordinate with internal and external team members for scheduling and ensure meeting logistics and timely reminders are in place.
  • Collect, verify, and process employee reimbursement claims and ensure compliance with company policy and documentation standards.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for timely disbursement.
  • Coordinate logistics including venue booking, catering, materials, and guest management and ensure smooth execution and post-event follow-up.
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and assist other departments as needed.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in any field.
  • Experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
